In the corporate world, Robert Kaul has worked as a Salesperson, Sales Manager, Sales Trainer, Director of Sales, Director of Marketing, Director of Operations and Chief Operating Officer. He is the owner and founder of two successful, profitable companies in the advertising and new media space. He is an award winning salesman, with a deep understanding of the psychology of selling, and an accomplished new media marketer. On the operations side, Robert has established the operations of two different start-up companies from inception, through multiple rounds of financing and triple digit sales and revenue increases. One of those companies was successfully sold, and the other continues to operate and grow to this day.
Robert earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alberta in 1990, and has studied Entertainment Law at the University of British Columbia, Film Production at the Vancouver Film School and Operations Strategy at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School of Management.

Tracy Gard, PhD
Senior Partner, Human Resources Consultant
Dr. Tracy Gard graduated with a PhD in Counseling Psychology from SUNY Albany in 1999. She received a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Ball State University and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Florida State University. She is currently the Administrator of a hospital affiliated not-for-profit substance abuse treatment program in NYC. She manages 90 union and non-union employees in two locations and oversees an annual operating budget of nearly $8 million. She is also a Licensed Psychologist in New York State and an Assistant Professor in Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
Dr. Gard's background and experience in psychology, operations, and human resources management make her ideally suited to address challenges in employee relations and getting the best out of your team. Her interests lie in improving communication between all stakeholders, increasing productivity and worker satisfaction while reducing costs and overhead. For small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs), Dr Gard provides a focused, rigorous blueprint for managing HR related issues that reflects best-practices while at the same time remaining simple and affordable enough for even a start-up.
